Cub Pack 51 meets at Grace Lutheran Church in Phillipsburg, NJ... and we've been there for over 50 years!

We are a child-centered organization that focuses on community outreach, giving back to Phillipsburg whenever possible. This allows us to teach a sense of community to our Scouts, showing them the 'big picture' that life offers. Our Scouts also spend a considerable amount of time with social interaction, helping develop social skills that our Scouts will take with them in school and their lives overall. Lastly, Pack 51 also focuses on things such as team work, thinking critically, problem solving, and developing creative ideas for both their Den and the Pack as a whole.

In part, Scouting focuses on living a healthy life-style, including making healthy food choices and being physically active. Our Scouts spend time camping, hiking, swimming, and partaking in various physical activities to incorporate those healthy lifestyles into their daily lives. Scouting also discusses our substantial anti-drug position, as well as making smart choices when using the Internet.

There are a lot of events for Scouts throughout the year. Some of the events we have include:

• Let's Party! Holiday celebrations throughout the year!

• Color Guard - Scouts have been invited to be the color guard at local hockey games!

• Geocaching outings!

• Pinewood Derby!
